My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable, but they needed a fresh coat of paint. The service, particularly during check-in, was a bit of a mess with poor communication and management issues. The location was decent, not far from downtown Gainesville, but there were some maintenance issues like having to walk through water on the sidewalk. On the bright side, the included breakfast was outstanding. The dining experience was pleasant with good pricing and a variety of options.
